A family roofing contractor on Oʻahu
Confirmations went live- The problem
- Calls that came in after hours, or while the crew was up on a roof, went to voicemail. Every booking also meant someone calling back to confirm the name and the address.
- What we built
- A voice agent that answers, qualifies the job and books the inspection onto the real calendar. Behind it, a text confirmation system that checks each booking with the customer and hands any conversation back to a person with one click.
- What happened
- The text confirmation system went live and handled real bookings, checking the calendar every five minutes. The voice and scheduling pieces were built and tested alongside the business's existing setup.

A Hawaiʻi handyman company
In daily use- The problem
- Everything a new hire needed lived in people's heads: how to answer the phone, how to write a quote, what comes first each day, and how to do the actual job.
- What we built
- A private knowledge base of the company's own procedures with a chat interface on top. Staff ask in plain words and get the answer the business would give.
- What happened
- New hires train from it and returning staff use it as a reference. The procedures inside keep getting updated as the business learns.

In daily use- The problem
- A small team writing grants, training curriculum, marketing and donor communications, with every first draft landing on the same one or two people.
- What we built
- Five AI agents on top of the organization's own documents, each with its own lane: grants, training, marketing, operations and a general assistant. Documents sync live from Google Drive, and staff can tune how each agent behaves without a code change.
- What happened
- The team uses it as the first stop for drafts, so only the harder, strategic work rolls up. Now in development: an inventory and purchasing system for their operations.
